I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at Life Time Framingham. I have never felt so disrespected, humiliated, and betrayed by a business that claims to be family-oriented. As a parent, my only priority was protecting my child. That's what any loving parent would do. Instead of listening to my concerns or treating me with even a shred of compassion, I felt like I was targeted for speaking up. Rather than taking accountability or addressing what happened professionally, I believe they chose to portray me in the worst possible light. The way I was treated left me feeling attacked simply for advocating for my child's safety. What upsets me the most is the complete lack of empathy. This club markets itself as a place for families, yet when a parent raises concerns about their child, I felt like management's first instinct was to protect themselves instead of listening. That is not what a family-centered business should look like. The professionalism at this location is, in my opinion, nonexistent. I’m a member for over 5 years and I would like to share my experience regarding the noise levels in the Alpha area. The training space is designed as one large open room with three different workout zones: the Alpha Conditioning turf, the lifting platforms, and the cardio boxing area. Because there are no walls separating these spaces, everyone is exposed to the music played in each area. The music during the Alpha (especially Conditioning) classes is extremely, but extremely loud. Beyond the volume itself, the speaker quality is poor, which creates a harsh, distorted sound that is uncomfortable to listen to for an extended period. It often makes the environment unpleasant, even for those participating in the class. The volume is simply unnecessary. It affects not only the Alpha class participants but also members training in the lifting and boxing areas who have no choice but to listen to the same loud music from those really bad speakers. It makes it difficult to concentrate, communicate with trainers or workout partners, and enjoy the facility. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a member at Life Time Framingham for a while now, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The facility is always spotless, modern, and very well maintained. There is a huge variety of high-quality equipment, so whether you’re lifting weights, doing cardio, or functional training, you’ll find everything you need. Even during busy hours, it never feels overcrowded. The staff is one of the best parts of this gym. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. The locker rooms are clean, the recovery amenities are excellent, and the café offers healthy, delicious options that are perfect after a workout. I also appreciate how much they invest in keeping the facility organized and continuously improving the member experience. I joined Lifetime Fitness because of Alby. He was awesome in showing me around the gym and explaining everything to me with professionalism. His explanation and answering all my questions to the point, prompted me to become a member immediately. Lifetime Fitness is lucky to have somebody of his caliber. In fact he is so welcoming to anybody who comes to the gym. Whenever I check in, in the morning I've observed that he is so kind helpful, and caring to all the guests who come in. Thank you Kay.
